3dmark 06

06 seems to benefit massively from faster gfx card clocks - my stock 8800gts 320mb on a Q6600 (stock) gets 9100.

Running the card at 600/900 and retesting 3dmark to see what I get then so will report back shortly!
 
Yup, a 1000 mark boost just by upping the core and ram on the gfx card 100mhz each. I reckon 11k easy at those speeds if my card was a 640mb too and 12k+ if it were a 8800gtx !

Yours as GTS 640? all GTS's get to 600 core pretty much, if yours is an A3 rev, I believe 700core would be possible, just take it up slowely and test with ATi tool and there should be nothing to worry about :).
