Hi all

Tried to run the 3D Mark benchmark, but when it moves on to the second test this error happens

**********

Workload Single init returned error message: DXGI call IDXGISwapChain::SetFullscreenState failed:

The requested functionality is not supported by the device or the driver.

DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE

**********

I've reinstalled Drivers after uninstalling using the Driver Cleaner. Games run perfectly as does the Firestrike test.

Driver Version - 347.09 (the latest available)
MSI G4 Gaming GTX 970
Benq XL2411 monitor
Win 8.1 all updates installed and DirectX is fully up to date.

I have looked at other websites for problem solving but nothing clear comes up as a solution other than what I've already done.

does anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance :)

It's a benchmark not a game.

Uninstall 3DMark/reinstall & and run your clocks at stock on both GPU/CPU and test again.

Might be worth a fresh install of drivers too.

I think it is the full screen issue as I had the same error last night.

When it was going from one test to the next did focus fall elsewhere, ie did you click anywhere, any notification windows popup or anything in any apps/programs?

I clicked on my CPU monitor when my 3d mark was running last night and it failed with that exact same error.

I then ran it again, didn't touch my computer and all was well.

Dont bench on 8.1 man its always a pain ass. Win7 to bench.

This is normally driver reset issue from pushing card too hard or maybe prog in background is messing with run.
