3DMark - £3.79 on steam!

The beta showed they are going to be releasing the future addons as DLCs such as the VR tests so its probably worth getting even with it being a few years old.

You need to overclock that second card to match the first - and then overclock both a bit further.

My SLI GTX970s have a graphics score of 24230 vs your 24939.

I agree your core clock is Very low for a 980 unless 3D mark is not reporting it right. I can hit 1520mhz on my 980 before it starts throwing a wobbler

Top of my priorities was having the system run silently.

Having the overhead there was intentional to allow me to achieve that.

EDIT: Although... I didn't realise they were out of sync! I did some tweaking originally and I've obviously left something out of whack.
