3dMark BSOD's????

So I've finally got round to installing my 8800gts. Ive played a few games on it and it runs great. R6 Vegas, Lost planet & GRAW2 look awesome.

So I thought I'd benchmark it, only when I try to run 03, 05 or 06 I get a BSOD!!

My system is fully 12hour Orthos stable and so I aint got a clue whats happening. Any help anyone?

Spec as follows

E6320 @ 3.2ghz
2gb PC8500 ram @ 920mhz
Giga 965 DS3 v3.3 bios F12
8800gts 640mb
700w Jeantech Storm Modular Power Supply (SLI & Crossfire certified)

I had this with 3dm06 and solved it by turning off my USB devices - turned out it didnt like my card reader connected

I have a USB card reader so I'll try that.
