3dmark crashes

When ever i run 3dmark 06 it just crashes at the Firefly Forest demo, and cant get any further, yet my pc runs fine in games and everything else, what could this be?

I try 3dmark 07 and see what happens there too
I have latest ATI drivers too.
Any suggestions?

oops 06 rather, its all working ok now not sure what it was maybe to do with .net framework on my graphics drivers.
