3DMark performance preset setting ??

When benchtesting the CPU & Memory, what performance preset should I be using on my 3DMark do I set it for the default one or do I set it something higher..
I just need to know what is the norm setting to base my P scores..

I've always used defaults - I think that's what everyone bases theirs on too
