Have'nt benched any 3dmarks for such a long time but i got a shiny new x1900xt last night so i thought id see what it gets,

Well with everything stock.

A64 4000+
2GIG PC3200 2-2-2-5
x1900xt


Im hitting 17k in 3Dmark2003, seems a bit low when i looked at xtremesystems forums.

That said i found no one with the same cpu speed as mine.

Is 17k a good score and im guessing im cpu bound a bit in 2k3?

with my x1800xt doing 690/800 i get 18000.

have you overclocked anything yet?

Nothing at all.

The card is running 38idle and 60+ full load but the fan barely kicks in which is annoying as it heats everything else in my pc up so much.

I forced the fan to 100% and went deaf, my god is it loud lol

Tho something like 40-60% all the time might be better.

My northbridge alone has gone up 7c since i installed the card.

Thats a great score but i think u will see the main performance differences in 3dmark05 and 06

I also get 10557 in "05", but its bombs out in "03"

Try 3dMark 05 or 06
