3Dmarks not working with BFG GTS 640 OC

Built as sig below. Cant get 03,05 or 06 to run? On 03 I get a out of focus before the first test loads and 05 just bumps me off straight away
Any ideas as to what going on. Hope I haven't got a duff card
They are both the free versions.

also have you updated to the latest drivers?

I tried some 3DMark tests today but had problems. I turned off folding@home and got further before the error. I then turned off my anti-virus (free AVG) and had no problems.

It's not a thing I normally do but it was in anticipation of my new EVGA 8800GTS 640MB card arriving from a competitor - it's had a tour of Glasgow today and is back at Amtrak's local depot now - fantastic).

I've got exactly the same card and it runs 3DMark06 perfectly, Try reinstalling them, update drivers etc.
