3DS max uvw unwrapping

Hi guys just having some problems with unwrapping my characters face any one know of any good tutorials out there for unwraping character heads or character body parts. all i seem to find is unwraping houses ad they are pretty simple to unwrap you would think its the same principle behind unwraping but it really isnt.
