I think it's absolutely mad that it won't come with a power adaptor. The average person will buy it, play it for a bit until it runs out... then it becomes a dead weight.

I have no idea what's going through Nintendo's head right now. Honestly, isn't it even illegal here? I'm pretty sure it is.

The yanks are getting the power adapter with the console, it just seems very strange, they up the card that comes with it from 2 to 4GB, now would it have been better to stick with the 2GB and put in a power supply.

Love the increase in screen size tho

I will buy one, but only if it comes with a power adapter. I gave my 3DS to my girlfriend a few months after launch, now there are more games it's a great excuse to buy one again, I may even trade my Vita against it but if it doesn't come with a charger then all bets are off, it's a ridiculous decision if true. Also, will the Circle Pad Pro fit the new console given the larger form factor?

Bigger screen does mean a far lower PPI though. It won't be pretty.

Might be interested in one for the missus but not if it comes with no adapter! We'd be wanting to sell her current 3DS and what's the point if we have to sell it with no way to charge it?

Glad I haven't bought a 3DS yet. Was contemplating a PS Vita but instead will be getting the 3DS XL.

Just been playing on one of these. Seems pretty good to me. I know there are quite a few people from Stoke on here so I'll mention that they have one in Asda - Wolstanton with Mario Kart on it.
