3Dvision in anaglyph?

Has any one tried this?

I've just bought some official Nvidia 3D anaglyph glasses for £3.79 and am going to run it on my 50" non 3Dtv.

Has any one tried Anaglyph 3D? any good?

Support is very good and it supports every game that the stereoscopic supports.

Cool. I only gamed casually with passive before so as long as it does an hour or two of Dirt 3 I'll be happy

It is a good way to test if 3D is for the individual. Some can't get on with it (feeling sick) and at least it could save money paying for monitors/vision kits.

Well I was running passive on my LG 3D monitor and I absolutely bloody loved it.

Sadly I can't set up a desk set up so I have my PC plugged into the 50" Sharp LCD TV running 1080p.

I just ran the set up and have it displaying brilliantly in 3D anaglyph and made sure to order the official Nvidia 3D discover glasses they were handing out at one of the shows in the USA.

You can already see it though even without the glasses. Can't wait for them to arrive now. Ordered a couple of clip ons as well as the official ones

They were £3.79 haha. The clip ons were £1.29 a set

The £3.79 ones are like goggles with black out filters so that you don't get any light interference. Will try both and if the goggle type are better I'll order my fiancee a set

I used it for a while with a clip on pair of glasses on my 60" LG plasma and I thought the effect was fairly good in things like wow, I might have to find the clip ons again and try it again with some other games.

Dirt 3 and Left 4 Dead 1&2 are my all time faves.

Right. My glasses came yesterday and they were the official Nvidia ones. Very nice, good quality too.

I was very impressed with the depth and 3d effect but as was mentioned it's almost like you are playing in black and white. Mind you, I have yet to tweak it.

I am looking forward to playing Limbo in 3D as it is all black and white any way. Well worth a look IMO.

I tried this ages ago with just a normal pair of glasses and as said there's no colour, I played bf3 and it just looked horrible.
