3G Data Usage

Hi,

Just wondering if someone with a 3G iphone can see how much data they have used, you can check under settings -> General -> Usage.

Basically I use the internet to look at forums etc and also to get my email and was just wondering how much this might be on 3G, as I have a 2G iphone still.
 
I really wouldnt worry too much about 'checking' your usage.

I myself use my iPhone a lot, I browse forums, check e-mail, use Logmein, stream music from Last.fm etc, watch videos on YouTube, download LOADs of free apps from App Store.

But, if you want to know what mine is, mine is:

Sent: 7.4MB

Recieved: 77.5MB

& thats 3 weeks worth lol.

With anything, they always have to cover them selfs with a 'fair usage' sentence, but don't mean they limit you.
 
I never even knew you could check data usage.... mine is 4.6Mb sent and 51.5Mb received. I find that almost unbelievable as I use mine loads and the last restore I did was over a month ago. Although I often find I'm covered by BT/cloud wifi when I'm not expecting it, and obviously wifi at home and the office.
