Please be aware if you are a web designer that you are going to struggle massively with using FTP over a NATed phone connection.
I hope the location more than makes up for the lack of services available to you. Do you have line-of-sight to anyone who can get a fibre product (I guess even ADSL would be a step up at this point)?
