3G IOS4 no MMS?

I noticed that my 3G no longer lets me send picture messages. I got someone to send one over to me and it doesnt recieve it.

If anybody has an O2 simply tariff could they post their network settings from their iPhone - I tried the ones from the O2 site and its still not working.

I have already test 1010 MMS from my phone a couple of days ago and no joy.

I lost my message settings when I upgraded. I'm on a 3GS. Not actually tried picture messaging since then so can't promise this'll work:

Cellular data:

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
No username or password.

MMS:

APN: wap.o2.co.uk
No username or password
MMSC: http://mmsc-ac.mms.o2.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS Proxy: 193.113.200.195:8080
MMS Maxc Message Size: 2097152
 
Cheers for that - they are the settings I have and it will still not give me the little picture button that will allow me to insert pics.

I googled it again and this thread was already indexed. Google loves OC.
 
I have bitten the bullet and installed 4.1, now EVERYTHING works again and the phone it at last usable.

I have lost my JB apps but thats a small price to pay for having a phone that actually works.

Know what you mean as i've now done the same. Not bothered about JB apps as never used them... but gutted at the loss of custom SMS tones/themes etc...
