Recently purchased 2gb of the CM2X1024-6400C4 ram, decided to connect them with my other 1 GB stick, which happens to be a CM2X1024-6400C4 as well, though an older version (2.1, whilst the new ones are 6.3).

I have the ga-965p-ds3 motherboard if that helps.

Do you guys know if i can make those sticks run stable, or am i better off just using 2gb?

Well it's supposed to run stable on 2.1v, but im kinda new to all this setting up, so is this the CPU voltage or something? Because i only found overvoltage and CPU voltage options in the bios.

And the 2gb and 1gb run stable separately.

Well i've reduced the speed to 600 something MhZ and now it's practically stable, but still shows signs of errors when playing demanding games.
