3GP Codec's For WMP10?

Are there any codecs that i can use that allow me to watch 3GP files on windows media player 10?

I should think so, but save yourself and play it in Real Player

Dont have real player.

I dont see the point using thousands of different 'media players' when you can get one to do everything for you.

It seems to me that there is a lot of people out there who do not know what they are talking about regarding PC's/Software

1) Internet Explorer is crap, has lots of problem, do not use.
I have never had any problem and it is the best Browser available.
2) Norton is crap, its a system hog, slows down your PCand it doesn't detect every Virus'.
Again I have never had any Virus' (even when scanned with your reliable choice of kespersky is it?) My PC has not slowed down in speed at all.
3) Now, Real Player is crap, it has Spyware and is a total take over of your PC.
Norton or Kaspersky does nor detect any sort of Spyware in it's files, not has it taken over my PC

Internet explorer had tons of bugs and exploits found all the time and is slower than firefox and opera.
Nortons scanning engine is inferior to kaspersky and nod32 and uses up more resources thus slowing the pc down.
Realplayer is bloatware and had an awful gui.

There is a reason why people say they are crap.

Quicktime alternative
Xvid Codec

Install :

PowerDVD

Sit back and use Media Player classic for every format....

That, or install VLC, but i prefer MPC

I just wanted a codec not a list of programs, i know VLC etc will all work.

I was wondering whether there was a codec for WMP10 i could use instead.

quicktime really should work - 3gp was developed by apple, QT is supposed to support it.

jesus demon i'm talk about the quicktime codec. stop jumping down peoples throats. Since quicktime is the only think i know of that supports it, your up **** creek laddy. Either at least try the full QT player to see if that works, or convert every 3pg vido you have to avi untill somebody else has an answer?

either way, people are only trying to help you. i know QT alternative works fine for 3gp's here. media player classic + the two alternatives + ffdshow. 1 player, 3 codecs, plays damn near everthing including dvd's. And it's all free.

Quicktime Alt. works fine here for .3gp files. Make sure you ticked the "Associate with WMP" checkbox at the end of the installation, and you'll probably need a reboot.
