Hi is there a way to jailbreak a iPhone 3gs on ios 6.0.1 to be untethered ?

Actually from what i believe the last Untethered jailbreak was available to iOS 5.1.1 (Which is exactly why i have stuck with it myself)

iOS 6.x.x are all Tethered at the moment. No sign of Untethered for a while it seems. But it is possivle to downgrade from iOS 6 to 5.1.1 if you have the SSH files saved or something.

One other thing, Why would you put iOS 6 on a 3GS in the first place? :confused:

Be careful of dodgy web sites stating unteather jailbreaks, they will con you and ask for payment details.

At the moment there is no unteatherd JB for any device running 6.0.1
