3rd Card suggestions?

So Currently Running 2x 980s
Im thinking of buying a 3rd low end card

what would you suggest for just running 1080p/4k youtube videos?




Why?
I always have a 2nd/3rd screen showing streams/videos etc
When playing games & running 1080p videos at the same time
the game sometimes stutters & lags out. Closing the video fix this issue

testing
tested with edge chrome & firefox they all do it with html5 & flash and with hw acceleration off.
i used to have a dedicated card whichj fixed this issue but sold it with a pc i built a while back.

example Witcher 3/GTA5 + youtube is quite taxing!

if you have a modern intel cpu and motherboard with video ports. you could just use the gpu on the cpu.

currently using a 5930k dont think that has a gpu in it? due to x99?
