Id very much like to to do some 3rd party customisation to my desktop but understand that certain files need to be implanted in program files etc which im not sure of how to do.

Anybody know of some good walk through s i could follow.
 
The customisations worth installing usually always come with readme files with step by step instructions.

If you have found one in particular which has no instructions, then post the link here as we need to know what it is before we can help you install it. :)
