I can't connect to my mobile banking app when at my Golf Club because the club WiFi cuts in. I have to go some way outside to connect to my own BT connection. Is there a way to block the club WiFi?

I'm confused, so you live next to the Golf Club? Therefore "my own BT connection", is a WiFi connection, or are you talking about a 'BT Sim'.

Sorryfor lack of clarity. I don't live next to club.... When I visit club my phone switches to club's WiFi and I am unable to remove it.

Surely you just disconnect from whatever Wifi SSID it has connected you to, or just turn Wifi off, so that it then uses your Mobile Data?

what BT connection of your own? do you just mean your mobile providers 4/5g connection?

yes. as said above, turn off wifi when at the club.
Sorry - at 93 I am not as good with things as some years back. I mean my 4/5g connection not BT Wifi. I do understand I can switch WiFi off on the phone but then I have no access to some of my apps and internet.

turning off wifi on the phone shouldn't affect apps or internet other than they switch over to 4/5g rather than using wifi - you might need to turn mobile data on if some apps stop working.
the other option is to go in to the list of wifi connections available and 'forget' the golf club connection - also look at disabling 'automatically connect' if it's enabled for the golf club wifi.

edit: and if you're really 93 fair play to you for still going golfing and doing mobile banking. you must be the only 93 year old who does.
