As above, it should be under warranty unless its been modified. If thats the case, chuck it down the stairs then ring your insurance companyAnyone know what Microsoft will charge to repair this out of warranty? Don't want to have to buy a brand new one tbh.
And anyone any idea if I can claim on my contents insurance for this? It's only a £50 excess?
