Has anyone had any success by either writing or speaking to microsoft Reading regarding out of warranty 3 red lights of death?
My console has already been fixed / replaced twice, and now the third time is out of warranty, and its 91 euros to fix, or 61 through the website.
I am obviously annoyed, and the console in my opinion not fit for purpose (and maybe not the law... but bear with me as i am pretty annoyed).
I went up the chain on the service support line... until they referred me to microsoft reading uk. Whats the best tactic... or should i just ditch microsft all together and go sony?
