3v fan

Hello all,

Is there a way for me to run my fans from the 3v line without wedging a paperclip into the mobo ATX connector?

using the 3.3v off SATA power connectors could work i guess, but ive never seen it done. otherwise either a fan controller or just a normal resistor would work.

What type of fan you wanting to run? a lot of 120mm's wont spin up on much less than 5v

Yep my delta 120mm wont run with my Akasa Fan Controller Pro
