3x 120Hz Eyefinity Portrait Setup

I prefer landscape myself but that setup looks pretty good, i found xfire and eyefinity a bit of a pain getting the gpu's to run full speed although bf 3 beta did run 99% on both cards

Ya, and of course they had to go and break it for release!

Looks very nice.

I am just waiting on the delivery of 2 LG IPS231P monitors (to compliment the one I already have) which I will be testing out Eyefinity on (both Portrait and Landscape).

It is nice to see a video that shoes BF3 running in portrait mode.

I don't think my HD6970 will be too happy after I have finished though..... :)

EDIT: In answer to my own question - It handles it lovely at a mixture of medium and high settings, No AO but medium FXAA.

What type of framerate are you getting on bf3? Also what is your system specs Vega, I know your running quadfire 6990s. Im looking at building a rig like yours, looking forward to reading up on how you customized the bezels if you have the time for any real detailed descriptions. Awesum job mate!

I can pretty much run everything besides AA on ultra and get 120 FPS. My system is pretty heavily overclocked though.

i7 2700K @ 5.3 Ghz, 6990s @ 1000Mhz.

OP, I'd like to know what is the primary reason you're using Eyefinity in portrait mode?
A large screen would get rid of the bezels, so I assume its either the resolution or the 120Hz refresh rate?

Both resolution and 120Hz. You should see BF3 on this. It is amazing. Having 3x the resolution of 1080P is well worth the small bezels, 120Hz is just icing on the cake.
