I have a 24" 16:10 monitor with a resolution of 1920x1200.
I was going to get a second 24" monitor, however that might take up a bit more space on my desk than I would like. So thought a 4:3 monitor would give me the extra desktop space I want, without taking over my actual desk.
So I was looking for 4:3 monitors with 1600x1200 resolution with a similar size of screen (display area) vertically.
The vertical size of the actual display on my current monitor is 12.75", so I figured a 20" 4:3 monitor would give me a screen of roughly the same size vertically.
Can anyone confirm if I am correct here? Perhaps someone has both a 24" 16:10 and 20" 4:3 and can compare
Thanks
