4.46 bricked my console (PS3)

40gb fat I updated to 4.46 tonight as I wanted to watch netflix, updated and 5 mins later it switched itself off and now wont boot.

green - yellow - flashing red light!

spoke to cs and they want £110 to send me a refurbed machine (40gb fat one)

are they taking the p as it was their update that borked it but how do I prove it?

stupid title sorry i over typed message into title box should be "4.46 bricked my console."

Gutted where is cheapest place for a new one and can easily transfer old 320gb hard drive

Last of us bundles ?

only used mine for netflix just lately now I am staring at 30+ games I want to game lol.

Got a new skim with last of us bundle

I had multiple accounts on old one and had several of the free games they gave out with the hacking issues but can't remember the email /PW for one of them

I take it I have lost all my saved games etc or can I get off old hard drive some how?
