4.5 overclock ram help

Hi guys dropped my 8350 back down to 4.5 didnt see much improvement at 4.6 to warrant the extra voltage and temps my question is
At this overclock 230 x20 multiplier giving 4.5ghz the ootuins for my memory is either 1498 mhz or 1800 mhz but my ram is 1600 mhz patriot black mamba which should I set it at?

Its currently at 1499 and stable will this impact performance of my rig?

no you ram is under clocked at that speed I would suggest changing your ram multiplyer so you get to 1600 MHz or if your board supports it use xmp
