Air cooled i have never done water cooled before i have keyboard and mouse i also have a monitor i can use if a monitor is coming out soon i should wait for
i saw the LG oled 240Hz is on sale for £750


also i am leaning towards AMD the 7950x3d i think that is the best for games currently ? but would like nvidia GFX

Yes, I believe some of them can.

I know very little about monitors, or keyboards/mice. I just googled "top 10 4K gaming monitor" and the keyboard/mouse was the only gaming bundle in stock.

The AIO is not necessary, a peerless assassin would do (reviewed here). If you do choose the AIO (I assumed a top mount), I'd check the RAM clearance as Fractal suggest on their website.

I would add a second monitor to @Tetras' build, and not include a 42" monitor. A 27" 4k 60Hz monitor for monitoring, chat, OBS, etc should add around £200 - £300 (OCUK sell a MSI model for £250). Further, the OLED monitor @Tetras recommends may be excellent for gaming but it's no good for text use thanks to the subpixel format, so an IPS text monitor is going to be a must.

I'd go with 27" monitors all round:

There's no or limited HDR but the games you play don't seem to use it.

You should watch this video (and others) from Monitors Unboxed to make an informed choice:
