4 days - where to go, what to shoot?

Afternoon all

Me and the missus have got four days off together and want to get some photography in.

Inspired by the recent Liverpool parade shots et al, we want to go to some local events or just places of interest but we're not sure what's happening where.

We are based in Preston and can get around most of the North West....so any suggestions are most welcome!

Blackpool is quite lively this time of year - plenty of opportunities for candid people shots etc. I'm based in Cleveleys just up the road but have been struggling to motivate myself to get out more!
