4 Different tyres - what do?

I once drive a rental car at the speed limiter for so long it smelt like fire. Another was brand new delivery mileage, and by the end of my rental it would only start after a few seconds of cranking and stuttering.

Maybe when the tyres were nicked they didn't have enough time to take the same type.

A. Change them all to your preferred tyre
B. Wear them out and then change them to your preferred tyre.

Chose the best one and buy 3 to match then if they are nearly new.

TBH my car has 4 mismatched on it, at varying levels of ware, as the previous owner only changed tyres when they were on the way out, so they got changed at different times.

I was going to change them all to matching, but thought i'd give the car a run in for a while first to see if it felt off.

I haven't had a problem with it so in the end didn't bother.

Next time one nees changing i'll get the pair done, but until then i'll live with 4 mismatch ones.

But that's just me, and i'm tight

I've driven a car with 3 different sizes of tyre, never mind different makes

And 2 of those 3 had different offsets.
