Hi i got small project i want to have circulation system with these fans

and i was thinking about power supply i dont want to have pc psu is to big and i need just around 60w max yes? i find these on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-5A-60...551353?hash=item1c7694dbb9:g:b3gAAOSw4GVYFy3S but its not 4 pin can i change cable on the end and connect to this fan controller? its gonna work

i found this power supply https://www.amazon.co.uk/Phobya-External-230V-Molex-including/dp/B0058FTN00 this one is already 4 pin molex but 90w and little expensive 4 fans need max 15w ? i found 24w version to for 12 quid .....24w it is ok for these 4 fans? plus this controller fan ....or something around 40w wiil be sweet spot?
