4 fps in COD2 1800XT

well im in |[BtS]| clan (beneath the surface), been with em since mid-cod1 era, long time friends, a regiment from 506th pir left and regrouped with a new leader to form bts way back in cod1. :D anyway, enough of my clan history :o my xfire is "iceryno" obviously remove the "

if you have a clan we'll gladly have a war sometime. our public server is @ 87.117.208.20:29966 and our teamspeak is 87.117.208.10:8848 although were having trouble with our host honour guard at the min, they keep going down :(

ok update:
i have been through bios and alls ok there, i am using 6.8 cats and CCC for the moment and also installed wdm for the vivo, my cpu is @ 2.5 & running ram on 166 cas2 /1T in bios HTT is 250, set all the sliders to performance for 3dmark 05 and get 8799 card @ stock. as far as call of duty 2 is concerned the fps is lowest 50 when loads happening & textures are set to extra and directx9 / 4xAA happy with that :) and all set to quality in CCC
the 4 FPS must have been something to do with ATI tray tools possibly or driver installation who knows.
going from a 6800GT (AGP) to the 1800XT was well worth it, the quality of the image is great when gaming.

so if theres anyone else thinking of upgrading from agp to pcie with the dual sata2 do it :D
& its a big thumbs up to the C3D 1800XT :D

Glad you've got it sorted, now just get those overdrive sliders in the CCC set to max and you'll see a nice boost in the graphics ;) Just use 3dmark to compare, you'll get 9.5-10k with it clocked in the CCC and it will handle it no probs with no issues of extra heat.
