4 Gig Vs 2 Gig in Orthos

Rig 1 as in sig

Rig 2 [email protected] (333x9)
2x2gig OCZ at 667

When running Orthos (the test thats work the CPU and Mem), Rig 1 is constantly paging the HDD but only using 100Meg of system memory.
Rig 2 is using 1.2Gig and doesnt access the HDD at all.
Is this purely down to the extra 2 gig of memory on Rig 2.
Both on XP Home.

Could be different page file sizes? Not sure though

Well i carried a few more tests using DVD Shrink to annalise and encode a the film Munich.

The E2180 at 3.3ghz and 4 Gig Ram (3.5gig in XP) took 5% longer than a E6300 at 3.4ghz with 2 Gig Ram.
