4 Lane PCI-e

Hello,

I have an Adaptec RAID 3405 card (ASR-3405). But seem to be unable to find a suiable motherboard for it, no boards I've come across have a PCI-e 4x slot except for some Xeon motherbaords that have a PCI-e 8x (in 4x mode).

I'm not even sure if there is a difference between a 8x slot and a 4x slot.

What I'm looking for is a suitable Intel board.

Never mind, I found the Micro-ATX GA-G33M-DS2R which will be enough for my purposes.

You don't have to put it in a 4x slot thats just the minimum it requires, it will go in a 8x or 16x slot.
