4 monitor gaming setup - Windows taskbar

I have a sim rig with 4 monitors

3 are for the game and a 4th site above them for other things.

The tripple screen are the main display and I have the taskbar on the LHS

On the single screen abouve the tripples also has the taskbar however on thi taskbar there are no icons for Sound and the > show hidden icons which are the taskbar on the triples.

How do I get these icons on the 2nd Monitor above the tripple screens

I've used Ultramon in the past, not sure if that would help in your situation. It does let you customise task bars and things alike

displayFusion can do that (and much more obviously) - it is still maintained, not sure about ultramon (last update 2018)
