4 pin fan connector problem

Hi guys,
Got a quick question.
Mate of mine has a crappy asus mini PC.
It's about a year old and has been working fine up until a few days ago when it started crashing after being turned on for about 30 mins.

Checked CPU temps and they were sky high, noticed the PC's only fan (the cpu fan) wasnt spinning, tried a different fan and still no luck.

Tried 3/4 fans and none of them will spin up, so I'm guessing the 4pin connector isnt working properly as none of the fans are getting any power.

I've had a look at the mobo and there are no other 3/4 pin fan connectors on the mobo, therefore no way to keep the cpu cool, the heatsink just isnt cutting it solo.

Are there any other alternatives?

Thanks
