4 short beeps

I have a gigabyte motherboard and when I turn on my pc I get 4 short beeps. Now gigabyte beep code says 4 short beep ：Real Time Clock malfunction. So does that mean I need to put a new battery in?

nope I get no display. I have tried different ram and put a new video card in.

'normally' 4 beeps is GFX error, 3 beeps is RAM.

I seem to have fixed it now by putting a new battery in and moving the graphics card to a different pci e x16 slot.
