4 to 8 pin adapter on z490

Hi,

just put my new setup together and realised I needed to use a 4 to 8 pin adapter.

I have a Corsair tx750 and just installed a ASUS z490-f board.

what do you reckon?

boots fine, voltages look good but not keen on adapters

Hi

The Intel 10th gen can pull a lot of juice, but unless you are overclocking to the max with a 10900K then you should be fine with just the 8 pin.

You can buy a separate cable from corsair for about £5. They have them on their website.
