This PSU is now causing system reboots, the 12v rail is 12.54v, it only seems to do it in SLI, 1 card is fine, because of less power use I presume.

I am no expert but afaik it is the stability on the 12V rail that matters.
Does the 12.54v fluctuate up and down (likely down) under load?

Yes, it does with 2 cards, but with 1 it stays solid
Looks like it might of been the OCZ PSU, this new one seems fine!
