Hi all,

It seems asking for the impossible but do any of you know of a decent 4K TV or Monitor that doesn't have any PWM or hybrid pwm, in the 40-43" range? Preferably a TV with HDR but almost all seem to have PWM except the Sony KDXE8004 which is no longer anywhere except one place at a much increased price. Looked at Acer ET430K but suffers ghosting and image retention apparently. Would prefer a TV but open to both.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Yep that Philips is the only one. Albeit I'm using mine as a bedroom tv because the backlight had too few zones and grabbed a 49" XF9005 instead for my pc.

Recent review of the Philips 436M6 here... personally, I wouldn't want it as a monitor, and for console use there are better (and cheaper) TV options

Thanks guys.

It's crazy the lack of pwm free monitors/tvs imo/state of monitors in general.

Yeah don't get me wrong it's nice, really nice but on film content you really need more zones. If a logo is in the middle its a bright stripe top to bottom with darkness all around. My panel is a lot better than the one in that video though.
