40" tv help wanted please

Hi,

My parents are pretty old and there TV has broken, so asked me to look for one for them. They use an old satellite dish and free sat at the moment, so the tv would need to have free sat and free view.
The space where they have there tv has limited space. So maximum they can have is a 40" tv. So the only two I've seen that fit the bill are.

PANASONIC TX-40GX820B

PANASONIC TX-40GX700

does anyone know of a better TV than either of these?

Any help is much appreciated

I am also looking at the GX820B. If you check out reviews...a lot sing it's praises so that's the one I will probably go for. Currys have it for sale. In fact going along there now to have a demo.

Just be aware the TX-40GX820B has no satellite tuner built in.

Oh? It says freesat on description
That was one if the main reasons I was looking at it for them. That's what it said on the Currys website anyways. Thanks for the heads up if that is indeed the case.
