40" TV required

Our SkyQ contract expires on Saturday so I've spent this evening sorting all the apps and logons on my CX OLED in the living room. Just popped upstairs to sort the bedroom TV out and realised my 2016 32" LED Panasonic doesn't have half the apps I need. With that in mind I think an upgrade is in order, OLED not required for bedroom viewing but fancy a slightly bigger screen so aiming for 40". What I really want is Bluetooth so I can use wireless headphones to watch it. If I can pair that with a good quality screen, LAN port and a non-sluggish O/S that would be perfect. Any suggestions?

The LG C2 and C3 are amazing in my experience, so if I was in your position I'd be looking at the C4 (if still available) or C5, available as a 42".

Well I may have messed up. I got a decent deal on a Panasonic S45 Series TB-40S45AEY. Looked to be everything I needed but it's arrived today and I can't see NowTV, Discovery+ or AppleTV apps on it and no way of installing them. I wrongly assumed all brand new TV's would have them. Deciding whether to pack it all back up or not now.

I did look at LG's but they don't do 40" ones and the OLEDs are a bit pricey for a bedroom TV.

Why not just get a fire stick or something? You can actually subscribe to the likes of Apple and others directly through Amazon Prime and just use that app on your TV also. It's what I do for apple as for some reason their own app on my TV makes everything super dark and washed out.

I needed Bluetooth on the new TV, and if I'm buying one I want it to do everything I want. Decided to return the Panasonic and go for an LG UA73006 43" 4K Ultra HD instead, the cost difference is way less than a Firestick with LAN adapter.
