£400 basic laptop

For the past couple of years I've lent my mother my old gaming laptop but now I need it back so I need to find a replacement laptop for her but she doesn't want to spend much money. She has a budget of about £400 and all she does is listen to music, watch YouTube videos, email and browsing the web. Windows 10 would be a requirement since that is what she is used to.

Can anyone recommend an option at all?

Wouldn't a Chromebook be an option?

I'm presuming she didn't use many Windows 10 apps besides maybe the email client and the browser, if she is used to browsing the web on Chrome it wouldn't be a tough switch, plus many support android apps now.
