£400 budget PC

Hi, I have a £400 budget for a PC and I need everything, mouse, keyboard, monitor, operating system etc.

I will mainly use it for browsing internet, work and playing Football Manager so it doesn't need to be anything elaborate but it needs to be reliable.

You aint gonna get a 17" or 19" for anything less than what they sell here unless he wants a generic brand that has dead pixels within 6 months.
