a friend of mine needs a budget spec for £400, this is what i suggested

The only time I would suggest that is when it was part of the Elite430 case+PSU bundle and the budget was ultra tight.

good idea

The HDD is cheaper and runs pretty much the same

I've got a 160GB Seagate and its amazing for the price I got it for off the bay.

, shame, as it was the problem solver to many a tight budget
