£400 build spec check

Hi Guys

I need to put together a cheapish system for a friend for general use. Surfing, word, excel, watching films. No Gaming. Storage for ipod music/vids etc. Ive got a budget of £400 for the case and internals. No need for screen, keyboard etc.

Would anyone change anything in my basket for something else or am i good to go?
