Decided to go for a mini ATX because of space issues. Would the PSU and CPU fan fit okay? How does it all look?

You'd probably be fine sticking with the stock cooler that will come with the i3 to save yourself a bit of cash. I run the stock cooler on my Haswell i5 and it's pretty silent even in a micro-itx case.
