£400 Complete System?

I have a friend who is in need of a new computer, and has around £400 to spend, probably £450 tops.

He needs the case, and everything in it. So no screen etc.

He mainly plays WoW, but the best performance for the money is a must. While I've told him what I can, I'm far from the most knowing on this, so I'm hoping somebody here can put together a good system for him.

I assume he won't be overclocking, right?

I'll do a spec in a few minutes.

I doubt he will be overclocking it, if the system allows it I may do what I can for it, but it's far from a must for the system.
