£400 for mobo, CPU and RAM

sorry, i posted yesterday, but scraped an extra £100 together so i have £400 to spend on mobo CPU and RAM. Is what i have chosen below compatable? and could i change it in anyway to make it better, has to bee £400 or under though.

i was thinking:
