£400 laptop - best choice?

Looking for a laptop for a budget around the £400 mark. Will be used mainly for internet and light office work. Ideally I would like one with plenty of storage and as big a screen as possible. Thanks
 
I picked up an Advent 6552 a few months ago for similar use.
It has a 250GB drive, T3400 2.16GHZ dual core, 17" screen, 3GB, Vista etc.
I paid £365 for it.

Quite happy with it overall, battery last around 2 1/2 hours watching dvd's or 3 hours surfing net.
 
Oh nice one, I couldn't find any within budget that had 17" screens. I found one with 500gb, but I think the screen is more important... Thanks for that.
 
Look for some Dell Insprion in this range of price because they can't be beaten on the quality but you won't get big screen.
